  • 75 gm butter
  • 100 gm caster sugar
  • 60 ml water
  • 10 ml vanilla essence
  • 300 gm mango
  • 20 gm gelatin
  • 200 gm biscuit crumbs
  • 10 egg yolk
  • 500 gm whipping cream
  • 500 gm mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

How to make Fresh Mango Cheesecake

  • Step 1 For the Mango Cheesecake baseTo make this delectable cheesecake recipe, start by making the biscuit base. Put biscuits in a large plastic bag, and crush them with a rolling pin until very fine crumbs form. Pour crumbs into a medium bowl and stir in sugar. Then, add melted butter and stir until well combined. Press the crumb mixture into a tray, spreading it 1 1/2 to 2 inches and press flat. Chill the crust in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
