- 100 gm caster sugar
- 60 ml water
- 10 ml vanilla essence
- 300 gm mango
- 20 gm gelatin
- 200 gm biscuit crumbs
- 10 egg yolk
- 500 gm whipping cream
- 500 gm mascarpone cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
How to make Fresh Mango Cheesecake
- Step 1 For the Mango Cheesecake baseTo make this delectable cheesecake recipe, start by making the biscuit base. Put biscuits in a large plastic bag, and crush them with a rolling pin until very fine crumbs form. Pour crumbs into a medium bowl and stir in sugar. Then, add melted butter and stir until well combined. Press the crumb mixture into a tray, spreading it 1 1/2 to 2 inches and press flat. Chill the crust in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
